Unveiling the Literary Legacy: The Biography of Jun Lisondra

BACKGROUND OF THE AUTHOR  John Magne Lisondra is a self-taught artist from the Philippines who graduated in 2007 from NORSU-G with a BS in computer science—a somewhat different degree. When he was fourteen years old, he began painting during his sophomore year in high school. Boy Velara, a Negros Oriental native painter, provided him with inspiration for his landscape works. Boy Velara chose to paint after seeing his father's three landscape paintings, which greatly inspired him. The colors, forms, brush strokes and it really seems natural.  He slept late at night and began training after school. He was desperate to achieve his goals. It wasn't quite that simple.The process of learning must be followed in order to become proficient at anything. Learning how to blend colours, apply brushstrokes, and construct compositions is a process that requires patience and lack of quick cuts.
